Posi vs. tru-trac

what is the major difference. I can get a good posi for my truck but some are saying do a tru-trac unit.... the posi will be a lot cheaper cause I don't have to pay that much for the unit.... is it worth it to pay the extra for a true-trac..... what is the major difference between the two?
