Common Rail Injector Nozzles, Which ones are good
« on: January 22, 2012, 10:57:49 AM »
So there are several companies that make/modify injector nozzles for common rail trucks, I'd like some feedback as to what nozzle you are running and how they are holding up. DDP, Industrial Injection, Motorsports Diesel(Wicked Diesel), Cummins Performance Parts even has they're own nozzles now. Hoping to keep responses to first hand accounts as to what you have used, not a friend of a friend or some guy I know.  My Current thoughts for my rig are to use DDP 50HP nozzles. Planing for April or May to have my injectors rebuilt and put nozzles on at that time.

Stay away from Don M, Industrial Injection.

I like DDP, Exergy, Extrude Hone, and might be trying some Bosch Motorsports here soon.

I'm running DDP 90's and have been for 70,000miles with no issues...were running EH 300's in the pulling truck.

Anybody running II injectors will tell you that they have had at least one fail if not all of them.

Good to hear 70k strong on DDP's. I've heard II are short of a good product.

I have II 90's right now and hate them, smokey!!!! I loved my DDP 90's and I have also had F1 3.3's that I did like, they were very clean but I know a lot of people that have had a lot of problems with them. My vote would be either DDP or Exergy. When I have the funds I will have Exergy build my next set but they are expensive.
